Day 6 shifts from classroom theory to real-world practice. Students will take part in supervised field inspections of actual homes, where they’ll apply the principles and techniques learned throughout the course. Through structured walkthroughs and technical demonstrations, they will gain firsthand experience in identifying defects, documenting findings, and understanding how a professional home inspection unfolds on-site. This day reinforces practical skills and builds confidence in real inspection settings.

🔹 Inspection Process
Students participate in real-world home inspections, applying classroom knowledge to identify visible defects, safety hazards, and maintenance issues. Emphasis is placed on systematic inspection procedures and professional conduct on-site.

🔹Technical Demonstrations
Instructors lead hands-on demonstrations of key inspection techniques, tools, and safety practices. This includes evaluating systems and components in actual homes, with opportunities for students to observe, ask questions, and practice under guidance.
Our Instructors
The instructors’ knowledge and industry experience are certainly important, but even more important are their communication skills. We thoroughly enjoy teaching the class and our students say it shows. We are committed to the Home Inspection industry and although we do own a Home Inspection company we hold nothing back. Yes, we are training our future competitors but we all benefit if the industry is more professional. We believe that!
